Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an added advantage.

2–4 years’ experience in hire purchase, auto loans, or financial services

Strong network with automotive dealers (used car) is preferred

Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Target-driven, proactive, and willing to travel

Promote and sell hire purchase financing products to used car dealers and agents

Build and expand dealer and partner networks to grow hire purchase financing volume

Develop strategies to secure new partnerships and identify market opportunities

Plan and execute marketing/advertising campaigns to support sales

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor moves, and regulatory changes

Conduct market research and provide timely reports to management

Ensure smooth loan applications and compliance with policies
