SystemOneX Inc. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team for opportunities in Singapore. The ideal candidate will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs, document requirements, and support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Conduct meetings with stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with development, testing, and project management teams.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Excel and documentation tools.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working on IT projects, process improvement, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or data analysis is an advantage.

Work Eligibility

Candidates must meet the applicable Singapore work-pass requirements for the position. Applicants who require employer sponsorship should disclose this during the application process so eligibility can be assessed accurately.
