• Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in Information Science, Computer Science, IT (Software Engineering)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, IT (Software Engineering)

• Min 3 years in Project Management or a Lead role in Software / Application Development

• Proficient in Software Development methodologies

• Understanding of project management methodologies, IT service delivery management and organizational activities.

• Ability to manage projects independently with guidance from senior project managers.

• Ability to work collaboratively with other project managers and stakeholders.

• Competent in coordinating project activities and resources.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Lead a small project team or supports Senior PM in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities or/and overseeing day-to-day service operations for clients organizations:

• Contributes in developing project plans, timelines/schedule, and budgets

• Track project timelines, coordinate team members, and assist with budgeting.

• Prepare project status reports and other documentation.

• Manages project risks and issues

• Coordinates with team members and stakeholders

• Contributes effort to address and resolve project-related issues

• Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for client service issues, ensuring prompt root-cause analysis and effective resolution.
