Our client is an established law firm looking for a relationship-driven Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Executive to help expand the firm's network and generate new business opportunities.

This is not a traditional sales role. You will focus on building genuine relationships, getting into the right business circles and connecting the firm with potential clients. The firm's lawyers will handle the legal advice and engagement process.

You do not need a legal background. Full training on the firm's key legal services will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, senior management, investors and corporate decision-makers.
• Develop new connections through networking events, business associations, clubs and professional communities.
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through your network and market activities.
• Understand the firm's key legal services and identify where they may be relevant to potential clients.
• Introduce qualified prospects to the firm's lawyers and facilitate the initial connection.
• Represent the firm at business events, networking functions and industry gatherings.
• Develop strategic relationships with business associations, professional networks and other potential referral sources.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, referrals and business opportunities.
• Where suitable, contribute to the firm's professional presence and personal branding initiatives.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
