Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed M&E drawings, layouts and BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD in accordance with project requirements and specifications.
• Interpret engineering designs andtranslate technical requirements into accurate and coordinated M&E modelsand drawings.
• Independently manage assignedprojects and deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate M&E systems withother disciplines to ensure integrated and clash-free designs.
• Review and verify drawings,models and layouts for accuracy, constructability and compliance with relevantcodes, standards and project specifications.
• Identify and resolve design andcoordination issues, implementing necessary revisions promptly.
• Maintain and update BIM models,drawings, technical documents and revision records throughout the projectlifecycle.
• Work closely with engineers,project managers and site teams to support design development, BIM coordination and project execution.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical orElectrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year ofrelevant industry experience
• Relevant workingexperience in an M&E Consulting firm is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in design andbuilding projects and relevant code of practice.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM software is an added advantage.
• Able to work as a team,assertive, independent and proactive.
• Candidates without relevant working experience but with good interpersonal skills will be considered.
