Kerja Sepenuh Masa Logistics Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Agriquip Machinery Selangor - Maukerja

• Coordinate and manage import and export shipments, ensuring all arrangements are completed according to the required schedules.
• Arrange bookings for sea freight or other transportation methods, as required.
• Prepare, issue and verify Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders and other relevant shipping documents.
• Ensure all shipping documents contain accurate information, including item descriptions, quantities, values, country of origin and consignee details.
• Coordinate the preparation of Bills of Lading (B/L), Air Waybills (AWB), Certificates of Origin and other applicable documents with the relevant parties.
• Ensure the required permits, licences, declarations and supporting documents are obtained before shipment, where applicable.
• Track international shipments from dispatch to final delivery.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and transporters to ensure timely collection, clearance and delivery of goods.
• Investigate and follow up on shipment delays, damaged goods, missing documents or discrepancies.
• Obtain and compare freight quotations from logistics service providers when required.
• Assist in monitoring freight charges, customs duties, taxes and other shipment-related expenses.
• Maintain accurate import and export shipment records, including shipment costs, tracking details and clearance documentation.
• Prepare shipment status reports and highlight delays, additional costs or operational issues to management.
• Perform other import, export and logistics-related duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2-5 years’ of relevant experience, especially in Automotive Industry related field (other than that can be considered)
Preferable knowledge in technical automotive.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and work under pressure.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to base at RTB Bukit Changgang, Banting, Selangor.
