Tanggungjawab
- Coordinate site logistics activities, including material deliveries, equipment movements, storage, and site access.
- Develop and maintain logistics plans, traffic management plans, and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Monitor site access, vehicle movements, laydown areas, and material storage locations.
- Coordinate crane utilization, lifting activities, and heavy equipment movements with stakeholders.
- Ensure logistics operations comply with project safety requirements, site regulations, and security procedures.
- Identify and mitigate logistics-related risks, delays, and site congestion issues.
- Track logistics performance and provide regular progress reports to project management.
- Support planning and coordination of temporary facilities, welfare areas, and site infrastructure.
- Facilitate communication between contractors and stakeholders to minimize disruptions and maintain construction schedules.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction logistics, site coordination, or project support roles.
- Experience supporting Industrial, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or High-Tech Facility projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction site logistics, material handling, and access management.
- Familiarity with site safety requirements and logistics planning processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
