Job Title: Coffee Machine & Pantry Support Assistant
Work Location: Lower Kent Ridge Road
Working Days : Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Job Description:
Operate and monitor coffee machines, ensuring they are clean, stocked and ready for use.
Replenish coffee, tea, sugar, cups and other pantry consumables.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and housekeeping standards in the pantry and social hub.
Monitor inventory, conduct stock counts and maintain daily checklists and records.
Identify machine faults or facility issues and report them promptly.
Coordinate with the appointed service vendor for machine maintenance and repairs.
Assist staff with basic coffee machine usage and pantry-related requests.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in pantry operations, hospitality, facilities support or customer service.
Valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certification (formerly Basic Food Hygiene Course) is mandatory.
Basic literacy, numeracy and record-keeping skills.
Good communication skills, a service-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently.
Experience operating fully automatic coffee machines is preferred.
