Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures and applicable external requirements.
Maintain accurate and timely updates of customer, shipment and operational information in the relevant systems.
Coordinate end-to-end shipment activities, including document preparation, manifest processing, invoicing and cost recording.
Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders and overseas customers to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with vendors, carriers, warehouses and transport subcontractors to facilitate timely shipment handling and delivery.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through clear, proactive and effective communication.
Handle customer complaints professionally, provide suitable solutions or alternatives within established timelines, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Perform other reasonable, job-related duties as assigned by Management.
