A fast-growing MNC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Management Trainee to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in purchasing, supplier management, and supply chain operations.

Candidates without prior working experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with purchasing activities, including sourcing and ordering materials, products, and services.
• Identify potential suppliers and obtain quotations for price comparison.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
• Liaise with suppliers to follow up on pricing, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure materials and supplies are available when needed.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and product quality.
• Support inventory monitoring and other procurement-related administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
