Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, experienced and technically skilled Senior 3D Designer / Design Manager to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong eye for design, excellent 3D visualisation skills and a practical understanding of event production, fabrication and installation.

You will be responsible for developing innovative and visually impactful design concepts for corporate events, exhibitions, festive decorations, brand activations, product launches and experiential installations.

Beyond creating stunning visuals, you must be able to translate creative ideas into practical, buildable and cost-effective solutions while managing design projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and 3D designs for events, exhibitions, roadshows and festive decorations.
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings, mood boards and client presentations.
• Prepare technical drawings and material specifications for fabrication.
• Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective and achievable within project timelines.
• Work closely with marketing, production teams and suppliers.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Lead and guide junior designers.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and production discussions when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in 3D Design, Interior Design, Exhibition Design or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in events, exhibitions or design-and-build industries.
• Proficient in Autodesk Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent software.
• Strong 3D visualisation and creative design skills.
• Good understanding of carpentry, metalwork, acrylic and event fabrication.
• Able to produce technical drawings for production.
• Good communication, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Leadership experience is an advantage.
