Job Scope
Manage and coordinate administrative tasks including maintaining filing systems and handling correspondence
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations whilst ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Support various departments with data entry, record keeping, and general administrative duties as required
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, ITE, Diploma in Business Administration, or related field
Proficient in MS Suites
Strong organisational and time management abilities with capability to multitask effectively
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively
