This role offers an opportunity for a high-calibre EA / PA to provide comprehensive executive and personal support to a C-suite leader.

• Serve as the primary liaison and trusted support for the C-suite executive, managing complex daily commitments and priorities.
• Direct executive calendar management, screening correspondence, and preparing high-level briefing documentation.
• Oversee international and domestic travel logistics, transportation arrangements, and event execution.
• Facilitate seamless communication with internal leadership, external business partners, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate confidential administrative requirements and periodic private or family commitments with high discretion.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum 10 years of executive support experience, ideally backing C-suite leaders or senior business directors.
• Strong track record handling confidential administrative, corporate, and private affairs with high integrity.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication paired with advanced organizational abilities.
• High proficiency in enterprise administrative software and productivity tools.
• Adaptable, proactive mindset with the flexibility to manage changing priorities and schedules.
