Kerja Sepenuh Masa QC TECHNICIAN, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,000 di Rapid Precision Technologies Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

- Quantify and log incoming parts on QC Job Tracking Sheet.

- Ensure that process flow is right. Report missed out process to the superior.

- Visual and dimension checking.

- Issue, copy and file Tooling Inspection Report (if required).

- Raise, copy and file Tooling Reject Report for nonconforming parts.

- Label on inspected parts (if not done so).

- Logout inspected parts in QC Job Tracking Sheet and fill in Job Traveller.

- Inform Production Control (verbally) and Purchasing with a copy of Tooling Reject Report for outstation sun-con before RTV (return to vendor).

- Send inspected parts to Production Control / Assembly / Production, and sign respective Job Tracking Sheet.

- Monitor equipment’ due for calibration / verification.

- Verify QC equipment.

- Ensure all records and documents are properly filed and maintained.

- Perform other appropriate duties assigned by HOD from time to time.

- Document Controller for ISO.

- Provide required inputs & participate in Management Reviews.

- Establishes quality objectives to relevant key QMS & EMS, monitor, analyze & report quality performance.

- Coordinate & assist in Continual Improvement, Corrective & Preventive Action.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
