About LS Smart Machinery

LS Smart Machinery is a leader in industrial food processing automation. We are currently expanding our remote sales force and are looking for a creative HR Intern to lead the digital recruitment.

Role Summary

The primary focus of this internship is to support the Company’s recruitment activities for all departments and job positions through candidate sourcing, recruitment marketing, social media, and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Content: Create recruitment posts, posters, and copy using AI and Canva for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Rednote, Threads, and other platforms.
• Job Advertisement: Post and distribute vacancies across social media, job portals, community groups, and other recruitment channels.
• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively search and attract suitable candidates for various positions, including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Production, HR, Admin, Accounts, and others.
• Candidate Follow-Up: Contact candidates through the social media and WhatsApp to introduce vacancies, check interest, and conduct basic initial screening.
• Video & Employer Branding: Create short recruitment videos using TikTok, CapCut, or other tools to promote job opportunities and LS Smart Machinery’s workplace.
• Recruitment Support: Assist HR with interview coordination, candidate records, follow-ups, and other recruitment-related tasks.

Job Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Digital Skills: Highly proficient in TikTok, Instagram, and Rednote with a talent for creating engaging visual content.
• Communication: Confident phone and text communication skills to handle high volumes of inquiries professionally.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, creative, and capable of working independently to meet recruitment targets.
