Diploma/Degree in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant purchasing/procurement experience.

Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures, supplier sourcing and negotiation.

Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred/required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and internal parties.

Candidates with experience in NGO, charity, welfare or related organization will be an added advantage.

Manage the full purchasing process, including sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, purchase orders and delivery follow-up.

Identify, evaluate and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.

Source products and services according to organisational requirements and budget.

Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and value for money.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial terms with suppliers.

Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and continuously explore new suppliers.
