We are looking for a Digital Solutions Engineer to support the development, deployment and ongoing operations of digital products, low-code applications, workflow automation and cloud-hosted solutions.

• Location: Hillview
• Salary: Up to $5k per month

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain digital applications and solutions to improve operational workflows and productivity.
• Develop low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, Dataverse and Power BI.
• Develop and enhance AI-enabled applications, workflow automation, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Gather user requirements and translate operational needs into practical digital solutions.
• Support the deployment, hosting and ongoing maintenance of applications, microsites and internal web portals on approved cloud platforms.
• Configure and maintain cloud resources, application hosting, storage and supporting platform services.
• Support application deployment, release management and version control.
• Support system integrations through REST APIs and approved integration methods.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues and support incident resolution.
• Support application security, user authentication and access controls.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, backup and recovery where required.
• Conduct application testing, troubleshooting and continuous enhancements.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, user guides and administrator manuals.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer.
• Support the full product lifecycle from development and prototyping through deployment, operations and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Singaporean only.
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Relevant internships, school projects, portfolios or hands-on technical experience will be considered.
