Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Part-Time IT Support Technician to provide technical support for our 24-hour operations. • Participate in an on-call arrangement and respond to urgent IT issues outside normal working hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.

• Attend the company premises when an urgent technical issue cannot be resolved remotely. For example, if a factory network cable or connection fails during late-night operations, the technician may be required to attend the site to troubleshoot and restore the connection.

• Perform basic installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.

• Assist with other IT-related tasks and projects when required.

Requirements
