Tanggungjawab
- Manage and oversee all Civil, Structural, and Architectural package activities from design through construction and handover.
- Coordinate with clients, design consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, schedule, quality, safety, and budget performance of CSA works.
- Review design deliverables, technical specifications, shop drawings, RFIs, and method statements.
- Identify project risks, drive mitigation plans, and resolve technical and construction issues.
- Lead site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder coordination sessions.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, local regulations, project standards, and HSE requirements.
- Manage change requests, claims, variations, and package reporting.
- Support project commissioning, punch list closure, and project handover activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with significant exposure to CSA works.
- Experience delivering Industrial, Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Advanced Technology projects is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
