Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works at construction sites to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor daily site activities and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and other site personnel on M&E-related matters.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with safety requirements.
Ensure all M&E installations comply with relevant Singapore regulations, codes of practice, and project requirements.
Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems, and coordination conflicts.
Monitor subcontractors' work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating M&E installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Attend site coordination meetings and provide updates on M&E work progress.
Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the Singapore construction industry.
Experience in supervising M&E works for building construction projects.
Familiar with Singapore construction standards, safety regulations, and site procedures.
Able to read and interpret M&E drawings, technical specifications, and construction plans.
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple subcontractors.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
Candidates with experience in HDB projects will have an added advantage.
