Collection Payment

• Monitor and drive timely payment collections from corporate customers via telephone, email, and formal statements of account.
• Analyze customer payment patterns in SAP and proactively follow up on overdue balances to maintain healthy Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Resolve billing disputes or payment discrepancies promptly by liaising internally with sales, operations, and customer service teams.

Updated AR Aging

• Generate and review weekly and monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports directly from SAP.
• Highlight high-risk overdue accounts and bad debts, escalating critical cases to management with action plans.
• Assist in cash flow forecasting by providing collection progress updates based on aging schedules.

Refund Process Customers

• Review, verify, and process customer refund requests in accordance with company internal financial guidelines and SAP approval workflows.
• Cross-check credit notes, overpayments, or returned goods against original invoices in SAP prior to refund issuance.
• Maintain complete documentation and audit trails for all processed customer refunds.

Reconcile Accounts

• Perform regular customer account reconciliations, matching incoming payments against open invoices in SAP.
• Investigate and clear unallocated cash, short payments, and historical discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist with month-end sub-ledger closing activities, AR journal entries, and reconciliation against general ledger accounts in SAP.

Uploading Invoices, Customer Portal

• Upload digital tax invoices, supporting files, and statements into various customer vendor portals and e-invoicing platforms.
• Ensure all portal submissions comply with specific customer formats and requirements to avoid processing rejections or delays.
• Track submission statuses within portals and resolve any technical or administrative hold-ups promptly.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
