Every Payday sale, double-digit campaign (9.9, 10.10, 11.11), flash deal and voucher drop you’ve ever shopped — someone has to build it, price it right, and push it live. That someone is you.

We run two established fashion brands across Shopee, TikTok Shop and Shopify, and we’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed e-commerce executive to own how our promotions go live.

What you’ll do

• Build and launch campaigns - on Shopee and TikTok campaign tools, and set them up manually on Shopify — vouchers, flash sales, discounts, the works.
• Own the campaign calendar — everything set up ahead of time, live on schedule, taken down on time. No last-minute scrambles.
• Responsible for managing campaign pricing, compiling prices, submitting them for approval, and ensuring accurate price updates in the system.
• Quality-check everything before it publishes — the right price, the right voucher, the right dates, every time.
• Keep the team in sync — work with our commercial, live-selling, listing and content teams so every campaign lands as one clean launch.
• Support customer experience — from day one you’ll also help cover buyer chats and order queries (a teammate is heading off on maternity leave), giving you real front-line exposure to how customers actually shop. This eases off once she’s back.
• Pitch in across e-commerce — jump into any other part of the operation when needed (listings, orders, stock, platform housekeeping). In a fast-moving team, everyone rolls up their sleeves where it counts.

Nice to have

• Prior e-commerce, marketplace or online-retail experience.
• Familiarity with voucher/flash-sale mechanics and campaign tools.
• A customer-service or chat-support background.
• Have hands-on experience with Shopee / TikTok Shop / Shopify seller centres (or pick up new platforms fast).
• Are comfortable with numbers, deadlines and juggling several moving pieces at once.
• Communicate clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
