Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in retail, F&B, or a related industry.

Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a supervisory role is an advantage.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage daily store operations and supervise staff effectively.

Customer-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Chapanda Milk Tea outlet.

Supervise, train, and motivate store employees to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

Ensure consistent beverage quality, food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.

Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and minimise product wastage.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Prepare daily sales reports, monitor cash handling, and maintain accurate store records.

Arrange staff schedules and ensure sufficient manpower during operating hours.

Ensure all store operations comply with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
