Business Management Support (Sales Surveillance Analyst)

• Contract Duration: 3 months

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Surveillance team in performing Speech-to-Text model testing, including verifying and updating results using the organisation’s Speech-to-Text application.
• Perform UAT role-play voice recordings using prescribed scripts/speech.
• Review Speech-to-Text outputs for accuracy and provide analytical reports on the results.
• Assist the Sales Surveillance team in supporting an ongoing Generative AI (GenAI) project.
• Provide other project and testing support as required by the team.

Requirements

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Self-motivated, organised and meticulous, with good attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, would be advantageous.
• Comfortable performing voice recordings and reviewing speech-to-text outputs as part of UAT/testing activities.
