About the Role

We are seeking experienced C++ Developers to design, develop, and maintain high-performance software supporting manufacturing execution and engineering systems.

The successful candidates will work on complex applications, concurrent processing, software optimisation, and reusable frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex applications using C++.
  • Develop, enhance, debug, and optimise software modules and components.
  • Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and established design patterns.
  • Develop concurrent and multithreaded applications for high-throughput systems.
  • Contribute to reusable internal frameworks and software libraries.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality.
  • Develop and maintain unit and integration tests.
  • Support CI pipeline implementation and software delivery improvements.
  • Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and improve application reliability.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain technical documentation.


Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional C++ software development experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of OOP principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
  • Experience with multithreading, concurrency, mutexes, semaphores, and condition variables.
  • Proficiency in STL, Boost libraries, and modern C++ standards, including C++11, C++14, C++17, or C++20.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Google Test (GTest) or CppUnit.
  • Knowledge of memory management, debugging, profiling, and performance optimisation.
  • Experience developing or integrating with MES or other large-scale systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
