The team is focused on building an efficient, inclusive global payment ecosystem that bridges local and digital currencies.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for Lead Engineer and Senior Engineer positions. You will design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable payment platforms and services that power Triple-A’s stablecoin payment solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include architecting systems, writing high-quality, testable code, performing code reviews, and collaborating with product, compliance, and operations teams to deliver new features and enhancements. You will troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and ensure reliability and security across services and integrations. Lead Engineers will also mentor engineers, drive technical best practices, and contribute to long-term architectural decisions that support global expansion and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

• Strong backend engineering skills, including experience with modern programming languages, APIs, microservices, and database design.
• Proficiency in system architecture and design, including scalability, reliability, security, and performance optimization for high-availability systems.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring/alerting tools.
• Background in payments, fintech, digital assets, or financial services, with understanding of compliance, risk, and security best practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in mentoring, technical leadership, or leading engineering projects (required for Lead Engineer, preferred for Senior Engineer).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering robust, maintainable code.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, globally oriented environment and owning end-to-end delivery of features and systems.
