Work Details
Working Days:
Monday to Friday
Working Hours:
4 hours per day
Total Working Hours:
88 hours per month

Work from Office
Salary:
S$1,800 – S$2,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
Handle partial sets of accounts and maintain accurate accounting records.
Prepare journal entries and perform accounting postings.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Assist with month-end closing activities.
Review and verify staff claims and reimbursement requests.
Provide support for audit-related matters and documentation.
Take on full sets of accounts progressively, subject to performance and capability.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification.
Preferably 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience, with exposure to full sets of accounts.
Prior experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with accounting software or systems is advantageous.
Meticulous, organised, and detail-oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and take initiative.
Available to commence work at short notice.
