Tanggungjawab

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire customers, assess their financial needs, recommend suitable insurance and financial planning solutions, and achieve individual sales targets
  • Build long-term customer relationships, identify additional protection needs, and recommend suitable policy upgrades or related products
  • Provide ongoing customer support by handling policy enquiries and guiding customers through the claims process

Requirements

  • At least SPM holder and above
  • Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience preferred
  • Financial services or consultative sales experience is an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
