About Our Client

Our client is a digital asset fintech seeking a CEO to lead its Singapore business and serve as a Board Director.

This is an opportunity to shape strategy, build institutional relationships and drive growth at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. The role combines commercial leadership with executive accountability for the performance and governance of a regulated entity.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute the Singapore business strategy, driving sustainable growth and financial performance

• Build relationships with institutional clients, strategic partners and the wider financial services ecosystem

• Lead regulatory engagement and maintain effective oversight of governance, risk and compliance

• Oversee operations, budgets and resources, working closely with global teams and local control functions

• Serve as a Board Director, exercising independent judgement and sound stewardship

• Build a capable team and represent the business with credibility in the market

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in digital assets, fintech, payments, capital markets or regulated financial services

• Experience as a CEO, Country Head, Executive Director or equivalent business leader

• Strong commercial track record, ideally involving institutional clients and business growth

• Board experience and a clear understanding of director responsibilities within a regulated financial institution

• Credibility engaging with regulators, senior stakeholders and control functions

• Strategic yet hands-on, with sound judgement, executive maturity and a strong interest in digital assets
