We're Hiring! Graphic Designer/Instructional Designer

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Are you creative, visually driven, curious, and excited about how AI is transforming the way we learn and work?

At momenta Group, we're looking for a creative and motivated individual to join our learning design team! Whether you're an Instructional Designer, Graphic Designer, Presentation Designer, or Creative Content Developer, we'd love to hear from you.

Having Instructional Design experience is a plus! If you're great at creating visually engaging content, enjoy simplifying complex ideas, and are keen to grow into learning design, we're happy to help you develop those skills!

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and develop professional, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations, training materials, infographics, and digital learning content.
• Transform complex information into clear, creative, and engaging learning experiences.
• Use AI tools, particularly ChatGPT and Claude, to support research, content development, design, and productivity.
• Develop storyboards, eLearning modules, learning activities, and assessments, with guidance and opportunities to build your expertise.
• Contribute to learning projects from concept to completion, with opportunities to take ownership of your work.
• Review and refine content to ensure visual quality, accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Support course accreditation submissions, including documentation, with guidance from the team.
• Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and colleagues to bring learning projects to life.

What We'd Love to See

• Strong PowerPoint skills, especially in visual design, layouts, formatting, and professional presentation development.
• A good eye for design, visual storytelling, and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
• Experience creating presentations, graphic designs, digital content, or learning materials.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools, or a genuine willingness to learn and use them.
• Good communication, writing, and organisational skills.
• A growth mindset: curious, adaptable, receptive to feedback, and enthusiastic about learning new skills.
• A collaborative attitude: someone who enjoys teamwork, takes ownership, and supports others.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Knowledge or experience in Instructional Design and adult learning principles.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other creative design tools.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar eLearning tools.
• Experience developing corporate training programmes

Instructional Design experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
