Job Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experiences across multiple channels, including telephone, email, live

chat and social media.

• Understand customer needs, provide personalized recommendations and resolve enquiries or

complaints professionally.

• Identify sales opportunities through customer interactions, using effective selling and negotiation

skills to convert enquiries into sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through proactive

engagement, personalized service.

• Provide excellent after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.

• Stay updated on product launches, promotions, campaigns, product availability and service

offerings to address customer enquiries effectively.

• Identify customer feedback and satisfaction trends, recommend service improvements and

contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Accurately process customer information and transactions using internal systems while

maintaining data confidentiality and security.

• Handle escalations professionally and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue

resolution.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures and service standards.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, luxury / high-end goods, contact

centre or e-commerce operations.

• Preferably with experience in customer service or sales within the retail, luxury fashion or

premium goods industry.

• Strong verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying

customer needs and sales opportunities.

• Able to multitask and work comfortably across multiple computer systems; Salesforce, SAP or

CRM experience is an advantage.

• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
