Job Summary
Learn through real customer interactions and campaign activities while developing communication, teamwork, and sales skills with hands-on guidance.
Responsibilities
Represent established brands by engaging customers face-to-face to promote products and services
Introduce products and services clearly and respond promptly to customer enquiries to support sales goals
Participate actively in events, roadshows, residential campaigns, and other assigned marketing activities
Work collaboratively to achieve individual and team campaign objectives through consistent effort and communication
Attend training sessions and coaching to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Proactive communication skills and willingness to learn in a full-time role
Comfort with face-to-face customer interaction and working towards sales targets
Sales experience is advantageous but not essential, as training is provided
