Job Description

Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth F&B operations.

Greet and seat customers, take orders, and serve food & beverages.

Handle reservations, billing, and payments accurately.

Maintain outlet cleanliness and prepare tables, utensils, and condiments.

Uphold grooming standards and a professional, friendly demeanor.

Perform general housekeeping and other duties as assigned.

Skills & Requirements

Good communication and customer service skills.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
