Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.
• Use varied teaching strategies to meet different learning needs and abilities.
• Build students’ foundational knowledge, skills, confidence and independence.
• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment and manage student behaviour effectively.
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify learning needs and provide appropriate support.
• Communicate with parents regarding students’ learning and development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and participate in school activities and professional development.
• Maintain professional standards and serve as a positive role model for students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience is preferred; fresh graduates with strong potential and a genuine interest in teaching are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for teaching and guiding students in their academic, personal and skills development.
• Able to teach across multiple primary-level subjects and adapt lessons to students’ different learning needs.
• Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum is an advantage.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
