Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT technical support, hardware maintenance, or printer servicing.
• Good knowledge of printer installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
• Familiar with Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and basic networking.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn and provide technical training to internal staff on printer repair and maintenance.
• Responsible, hands-on, and able to work independently.
• Posses Own transport

Responsibility

• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, and printers.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Perform printer troubleshooting, repair, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
• Provide technical training to internal staff on printer repair and maintenance.
• Provide technical support to end-users and internal teams.
• Maintain and support Windows-based operating systems.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
• Manage IT assets within the workshop and maintain proper documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve system reliability and performance.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management within the scope of job responsibilities.
