We are a growth-stage company. You will have the freedom to build, co-sell with partners like Google Cloud, AWS, Snowflake and OpenAI, and shape how we win in Singapore.

The role

You will own and grow a portfolio of Singapore public sector accounts, including government agencies, statutory boards and Institutes of Higher Learning. You will start with a few existing accounts to land and expand, but your main focus is winning new public sector accounts. You will sell data, AI, cloud migration and managed services across Google Cloud, AWS and our technology partners.

This is a consultative role. You will sell services and solutions, not boxes, so you need to understand the customer's problem and shape the right answer with our engineers.

What you will do

• Win new public sector accounts and grow existing ones using a land-and-expand approach
• Independently build your own pipeline through account planning, networking, outbound prospecting, and running programmes and events with partners
• Lead consultative conversations with business and IT stakeholders to uncover needs and shape solutions with our pre-sales and delivery teams
• Navigate government procurement: tenders, quotations, framework agreements and compliance requirements
• Manage customer expectations on scope, timelines and outcomes, and negotiate commercial terms that work for both sides
• Keep an accurate forecast and pipeline in the CRM, and hit quarterly and annual targets
• Co-sell with partners including Google Cloud, AWS, Snowflake and OpenAI, and use their programmes and funding

What you bring

• 4 to 7 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years selling to the Singapore public sector
• Track record in consultative, services or solution sales (IT services, consulting, systems integration or cloud)
• Hands-on experience with government procurement processes (e.g. GeBIZ tenders, quotations, bulk tenders)
• Proven ability to win new accounts, build pipeline on your own and grow existing accounts
• Strong at managing stakeholders, setting clear expectations and negotiating
• Understanding of cloud, data or AI is a strong plus; Google Cloud or AWS experience is a bonus
