Key responsibilities:
HR LEADERSHIP & STRATEGY
· Lead and oversee the overall Human Resource (HR) function by developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and initiatives that are aligned with the Company's vision, business objectives and organisational goals.
· Serve as a strategic business partner to the COO, Heads of Department and key stakeholders by providing professional HR advice, workforce solutions and guidance on employment legislation, government initiatives and HR best practices.
· Champion a high-performance culture by driving employee engagement, organisational development, change management, employee experience and initiatives that promote the Company's values and support business growth.
· Provide leadership and strategic oversight to all HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee & Industrial Relations, Employee Welfare, HR Operations, HR Governance, Workers Management, and Administration, ensuring effective execution and continuous improvement across the organisation.
TALENT ACQUISITION, PERFORMANCE & EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT
· Oversee the full employee lifecycle including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, succession planning and employee retention to ensure the organisation attracts, develops and retains competent talent.
· Develop and oversee learning and development programmes, leadership initiatives and competency development to strengthen organisational capabilities and support employees' career growth.
· Monitor the effectiveness of recruitment, performance, and development initiatives through regular reviews, and continuous improvement.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
· Develop and oversee the Company's compensation and benefits strategy, including salary structures, job evaluation, salary benchmarking, annual salary review, bonus and promotion exercises to ensure competitiveness, internal equity and alignment with business objectives.
· Oversee payroll administration, statutory contributions and employee benefits programmes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with legal requirements and continuous review of reward programmes to enhance employee attraction and retention.
EMPLOYEE & INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
· Foster a positive employee relations environment by providing strategic guidance on disciplinary matters, grievances, workplace investigations, conflict resolution and employee welfare while ensuring fair and consistent application of Company policies.
· Oversee industrial relations matters, including liaison with relevant government authorities, compliance with employment legislation and labour regulations, and promote a harmonious, productive and legally compliant workplace culture.
ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT
· Lead and oversee the Company's Administration function, including office administration, facilities management, company assets, workplace maintenance, medical management, claim management, ensuring efficient, cost-effective and uninterrupted business operations.
· Ensure a safe, secure, and conducive working environment by monitoring administrative service standards, managing service providers, and continuously improving administrative processes to support organisational objectives.
HR GOVERNANCE, COMPLIANCE & REPORTING
· Establish and maintain HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Employee Handbook and HR governance practices to ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and recognised best practices.
· Oversee HR operations, HRIS, employee records, data confidentiality and HR audits while driving process improvements and operational efficiency across the HR function.
· Prepare departmental budgets, Board papers, management reports and workforce analytics, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support informed business decisions
Requirement:
· Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration/Strategic Management or any relevant discipline.
· Minimum 5 years working experience in HR environment.
· Possess strong industrial relations/conflict management.
· Experience in strategy formulation.
· Experience in dealing with operational HR and business landscape.
· Exposed and experienced in managing a HR & Admin dept/unit.
· Exposed and experienced in managing HR & Admin projects like productivity improvement, culture transformation will be an added advantage.
· Ability to provide immediate sound advice and execute advocacy role on matters relating to HR.
· Ability to provide immediate operational analysis on HR & Admin related issues.
· Ability to provide immediate decision on HR & Admin related matters.
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
