Admin Assistant (Digital Clinic/ Healthcare)

Responsibilities:

• Administrative coordination, customer support, and order fulfilment.
• To ensure smooth day-to-day operations of digital health platforms
• Handle customer enquiries through chat, email, or messaging platforms.
• Manage customer records, registration, and scheduling
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Process and track customer orders and deliveries.
• Verify customer details and billing information.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.
• Perform data entry, filing, and bookkeeping tasks.
• Assist with stock monitoring and supplier coordination.
• Prepare simple reports and support daily office operations.
• Support other business functions and ad-hoc admin tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in administrative/customer service/ retail/ F&B/ Hospitality or any service-oriented role preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare administration will be an advantage
• Detail-oriented and motivated individual
• Compassionate and sensitive when handling customer needs
• Willing to learn, adaptable, and looking to grow in dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Google Docs and sheets.

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
