Key Responsibilities
  • Work with agency teams to understand their technical environments, developer productivity goals, and delivery challenges.
  • Support POCs, implementation, and migration initiatives involving CI/CD, collaboration platforms, and developer tooling.
  • Troubleshoot issues on developer productivity platforms and provide practical solutions or workarounds.
  • Conduct technical briefings, training, and enablement sessions for users.
  • Develop small tools, scripts, pipeline templates, dashboards, and automation to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Support teams in adopting AI coding assistants for development, testing, and productivity improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address customer feedback, feature requests, documentation, and technical issues.
  • Share best practices and technical knowledge with fellow consultants and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in roles such as Solution Consultant, Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer.
  • Experience with either one of the programming languages: Node.js, Python, Go, Java. 
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes or other modern runtime environments.
  • Experience with AI coding assistants such as Copilot, Claude, or Codex.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable conducting technical training and working directly with customers.
