Kerja Sepenuh Masa Executive - Corporate Governance - Compliance Executive (Near to MRT), Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Parkson Credit Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Support the superior in managing the company’s overall governance framework, integrity initiatives and document control systems.
• Support the development and implementation of compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure departmental alignment with all statutory and regulatory requirements
• Participate in internal auditing activities to evaluate the effectiveness of governance controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate ESG values into daily operations, ensuring internal practices remain consistent with the company’s sustainability goals.
• Support the superior in coordinating with third-party vendors, external regulators and statutory authorities to ensure seamless communication and regulatory alignment.
• Uphold the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of all protected and governance-related information, ensuring strict adherence to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other relevant requirements.
• Best effort to work closely within team members and inter-department members to complete task within stipulated time.
• Ensure all deliverable task/project are according to target and KRA.
• Perform any other reasonable and lawful duties assigned by the superior/ Management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder.
• 1 to 2 years experience in compliance team and with basic audit knowledge.
• Candidates familiar with ISO 9001: 2015, quality management, internal audit, establish and review of ISO is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Possess strong communication skills, analytical thinking.
• Good team player.

Working Location: Bukit Bintang (Walking distance to MRT station)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
