Kelayakan

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Able to communicate well in Mandarin and English.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Responsible, positive, and willing to learn.

  • No prior experience is required as training will be provided.

  • Motivated to develop a career in customer service and sales.

  • Working Hours: 5.5-day work week (Weekends off)

  • Location: Near Eko Cheras (Direct MRT access)

Tanggungjawab

  • Handle customer enquiries and provide friendly and professional customer service.

  • Assist customers with product or service enquiries and provide suitable solutions.

  • Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.

  • Support sales activities and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

  • Prepare and follow up on customer orders and enquiries.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and sales operations.

  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor.
