• Regional Growth Strategy — integrated growth plans, launch roadmaps, acquisition and retention across Malaysia & Singapore; own marketing’s contribution to revenue.
• Brand Leadership — steward our flagship wellness brand across packaging, retail, digital, social, livestream and corporate channels.
• AI-Native Marketing — lead the shift to an AI-powered marketing organisation across content, campaigns, CRM, personalisation, SEO and reporting.
• Social Commerce — own growth on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, website and affiliate/live commerce, partnering closely with Sales on GMV.
• Creator Economy & MCN — build one of the region’s strongest health & beauty creator ecosystems and position our in-house creator network as the partner of choice.
• AI Content Studio — lead in-house creative and AI production, scaling thousands of high-quality assets a year.
• Commercial Marketing & Insights — partner with Sales, Product Development and E-commerce on launches, sell-out and campaign ROI, underpinned by strong consumer and market insight.
• Leadership — build and coach a high-performing, cross-functional team and develop future leaders.

• 8–10 years in marketing, growth or commercial leadership, including at least 5 years leading regional teams
• Background in FMCG, health & beauty, consumer healthcare or e-commerce.
• Strong grounding in social commerce and digital marketing, with experience across both brand and performance marketing.
• A proven track record of delivering measurable commercial growth, leading cross-functional teams across multiple countries.

Bonus Points

• Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and marketing automation/CRM.
• Experience scaling creator, affiliate or livestream commerce programmes (e.g. TikTok Shop).
• Exposure to Southeast Asian regional markets.
