We’re Hiring: Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead our production operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Polymer / Rubber Manufacturing, with proven experience in production planning, process improvement, manpower management and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• To oversee and manage the overall factory operations, ensuring efficient production, optimum utilization of manpower and machinery, consistent product quality, timely delivery and cost-effective manufacturing.
• To ensure that all manufacturing activities comply with company policies, customer requirements, quality standards, safety regulations and production targets.
• Plan and optimise manpower, machinery and material utilisation.
• Monitor production performance, productivity, wastage and operational costs.
• Lead and manage production teams to achieve departmental objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Coordinate with QA, Engineering, Maintenance and other departments to resolve production issues.
• Monitor production KPIs and report operational performance to Management.

What You Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Polymer Science, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of production management experience, preferably in the rubber or polymer manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of polymer materials and rubber manufacturing processes.
• Experience in production planning, manpower management and process improvement.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented and able to work under pressure.
