Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visual designs, editing videos and producing multimedia materials for the company's software products, digital platforms, educational content and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics, illustrations, banners, layouts and other visual materials for the company's software products, digital platforms and business activities.
• Edit and produce video content, including product introduction videos, instructional videos, educational videos and promotional materials.
• Create multimedia materials to support the presentation of software features, product information and educational content.
• Develop creative concepts and visual designs based on project requirements and the company's branding guidelines.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver design and video materials on time.
• Ensure the quality, consistency and visual presentation of all multimedia materials across different platforms and projects.
• Explore and utilise AI-assisted tools to improve graphic design, video editing and multimedia production workflows.
• Organise and maintain design files, video assets and other multimedia resources.
• Perform other multimedia design and related duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Mass Communication or any related field.
• Relevant experience in graphic design, video editing or multimedia production will be an advantage.
• Proficient in video editing and graphic design software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or other relevant tools.
• Good understanding of visual design, layout, typography, video editing and multimedia production.
• Ability to create engaging visual materials and video content for different digital platforms and business purposes.
• Familiarity with digital content formats and multimedia production trends.
• Basic knowledge of AI-assisted design and video production tools will be an advantage.
• Creative, responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
• A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design and video editing work is required.
