Operations and Finance Manager, Singapore
Part-time, four days a week (we'd consider three for an exceptional candidate). Working from home in Singapore, with regular time together in person.
About us
We help leadership teams see, understand and work on the whole system they lead. Our founder, Sean Blair, has spent eleven years pioneering LEGO Serious Play at system level; his fourth book, The Systems Synergy, was published in February 2026. Our work spans Serious Outcomes (senior leadership teams), SeriousWork (our international facilitator training business, with nearly 3,000 facilitators trained) and ProMeet (facilitation since 2007). Clients have included Google, HSBC, Pfizer, the UK Cabinet Office and the US Space Force.
The role
You will own two things: our money and our client relationships. Every enquiry gets a warm, prompt reply, every course fills, and every invoice and supplier is paid on time, across our Singapore and UK companies. You will be Sean's right hand on the business side, with real authority and very little micromanagement. It is a new role in a growing business, and you will shape it.
What you will do
1. Look after every enquiry and fill our courses (about 40%): reply within one working day, have helpful conversations with people deciding whether to train with us, track course numbers, revive quiet in-house enquiries, and keep Pipedrive up to date.
2. Run the day-to-day finances of both companies (about 35%): keep Xero reconciled, pay trainers and suppliers on time, invoice and chase payments, give Sean a monthly picture of cash and margins, and be the first contact for our accountants.
3. Grow our community and events (about 25%): email campaigns, our online graduate community, Lunch and Learn sessions in Singapore and social media.
You must have
Experience owning the finance administration of a small business (Xero a strong plus); client follow-up in a relationship-led culture; absolute reliability with detail and deadlines; warm, clear written English; discretion with money and confidential information; and the right to work in Singapore as a citizen or permanent resident.
What we offer
S$5,500 a month (S$6,875 full-time equivalent), plus a 13th-month payment and employer CPF. A quarterly course-fill bonus worth about S$12,000 a year on target, with no cap, plus commission on in-house contracts you revive. Annual leave on standard Singapore terms, a laptop and the tools to work well from home, and the chance to attend our training.
