• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities for both local and overseas suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing, product quality, and timely delivery.
• Source, evaluate, and develop reliable local and international suppliers to meet the company's procurement requirements.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contract terms to achieve cost savings and favourable purchasing conditions.
• Lead and coordinate purchasing activities to ensure smooth procurement operations and uninterrupted production.
• Work closely with the Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Finance departments to ensure materials are purchased according to operational requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage procurement risks, and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.
• Analyse purchasing costs and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
• Supervise, guide, and support purchasing team members to achieve departmental targets and maintain work efficiency.
• Establish and improve purchasing procedures, supplier evaluation systems, and procurement strategies.
• Prepare purchasing reports, maintain accurate procurement records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Perform other purchasing-related duties as assigned by management.
• Candidate must able to work at both Nusajaya and Senai area

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
