Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute system-level test plans covering functional, integration, performance, stress, and reliability testing.
• Perform hardware, firmware, and software integration and regression testing.
• Execute manual and automated tests, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering teams on root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain test scripts, automation frameworks, and test tools.
• Review system requirements, design test cases, and maintain test coverage and traceability.
• Document test results, track defects, and recommend improvements to system quality and test efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in firmware system testing, integration testing, R&D, or embedded product validation.
• Experience in hardware-software integration testing is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of system testing methodologies, test case design, and QA processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with test automation, defect tracking, and requirements traceability is an advantage.
