​Key Responsibilities & Job Scope

  • ​Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items for morning and afternoon crowds (economic noodles, nasi lemak dishes, side dishes, and condiments).
  • ​High-Volume Cooking: Handle peak morning and lunch rushes smoothly while maintaining quality and taste.
  • ​Kitchen Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe cooking space.
  • ​Inventory Control: Monitor ingredients and assist with daily prep lists.

​Requirements

  • ​Fast-Paced Cooking: Ability to work quickly and manage order flow during peak hours.
  • ​Adaptability: Comfortable working in a compact kitchen space.
  • ​Experience: Prior experience cooking local hawker/coffee shop dishes (economic noodles, nasi lemak sides like sambal, fried chicken, eggs, etc.) is a plus.
  • ​Attributes: Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
