• Plan, execute and optimise lead generation and marketing initiatives using data-driven strategies.

• Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards and databases using Microsoft tools, ERP and CRM systems.

• Analyse sales and customer data to identify trends, business opportunities and areas for improvement.

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities across various industries.

• Maintain and enhance CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy and supporting customer base expansion.

• Handle customer enquiries, assess their needs and coordinate with relevant teams to provide suitable solutions.

• Support the sales team by identifying potential sales opportunities through data analysis and market insights.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and improve overall efficiency.

• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Marketing or relevant industries
• Training Provided
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Comfortable with overseas travels
• Experience in Power BI, Tableau or Power Automate is an advantage
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.15am - 5.30pm)
• Working Location: Lavender
• Salary: Up to $4200
