About the Role

We are looking for a Lead, English Learning Excellence to drive the development and quality of English learning programmes on Luminee Learning.

You will play a key role in strengthening our existing Singapore English curriculum while developing new English courses for international and English-as-a-Second-Language (ESL) learners.

This role is ideal for an experienced educator or curriculum specialist who is passionate about excellent teaching and excited by the potential of AI to transform how children learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development: Design and develop high-quality English courses for Singapore and international learners, including structured ESL programmes.
• Learning Excellence: Ensure strong academic and pedagogical standards across English learning content, activities and assessments.
• Learning Innovation: Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to develop engaging, personalised and effective digital learning experiences.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate learning effectiveness, incorporate educator and learner feedback, and continuously enhance curriculum quality.
• International Expansion: Support the adaptation and development of English programmes for different markets and learner needs.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in English, Education, Applied Linguistics, TESOL or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in English teaching, curriculum development or instructional design.
• Strong understanding of English language pedagogy, curriculum design and assessment.
• Experience in developing English programmes for young learners, preferably including ESL or international curricula.
• Familiarity with Singapore's MOE English curriculum and/or international proficiency frameworks such as CEFR would be advantageous.
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills.
• Passion for education, innovation and the potential of AI to improve learning outcomes.
